                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY TO ENTER INTO A
                   CONTRACT WITH PLANNING ASSOCIATES, INC.
                   RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW FIREHALL
                   #12 LOCATED ON FOREST AVENUE AT WELLS
                   STREET.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Safety be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
       with Planning Associates, Inc. relative to the construction of 
New
       Firehall #12 located on Forest Avenue at Wells Street.
